6.1.2000, 11:23 PM - Site finally uploaded. That's it. No, really.

6.1.2000, 12:58 AM - It's nice how the world works; one moment, you and nature might actually get along with something resembling zen-like oneness, and the next, you realize that life and the possibility of more life sucks. Ah well, there's alot of stupidity in the world today, and I don't feel like reciting a bit of it. I lost every last bit of faith I had in humanity. Since I had none, I decided to laugh instead.

I updated the Legend of Zelda FAQ with a few new things which are inconsequential since the site hasn't been uploaded yet. I also put some random stuff on the main page. I would have added a rant, but I can't make a half-coherent complaint about anything at this time. You'll have to settle with my raw, tired cynicism, or go somewhere with good cynicism.

25.12.1999, 11:56 PM ("I'm as happy as a little girl!" - Dieter, Sprockets) - I'm writing this update before the clock changes, and thus I can say that I updated the site on Annual Gift Day. I'm having a rather super time, since for once there isn't complete and utter insanity in my household around this time of year. I've added a few new things, including a game rant and an incomplete section to Jabu-Jabu's Belly. I also cleaned out some old files and updated the Game List.

Other crap that just entered my mind for no real reason;
- If you haven't bought Rocket: Robot on Wheels yet, be sure to grab it during the Day After Christmas sale if you can. (Oops, said the C-word... there goes my personal bet. Blah, it's 12:03 AM now. In your face, space coyote.) Oh yes, Rocket; this game is sweet, tight, smooth; whatever you want to call it, it's great fun. If you can stand the sometimes grating music, I'm sure any platformer fan would love it. It combines everything I've always liked in games; lots of crap to find, unicycles, robots, amusement parks, talking heads of presidents, insane clowns, and most of all, a sweet tractor beam that reminds one of Bionic Commando and Solar Jetman. Bully!
- Am I the only person who likes to collect early titles for consoles way after they're released, even though they are unbelievably common? Wait, don't answer that.
- Is there any chance you're going to read this? Ah, screw it. *gets some sleep.*

17.12.1999, 12:18 AM - First entry in the update log. I've been working on this site on and off for the last 5 months, and now it's almost complete. I still have to fix some loose ends and beef up Jabu-Jabu, and I want to add a Game Rant (which I should do sometime over Winter Break).

Stupid thing of the day: Some senators are (or were) supposedly wanting to put a 75% tax on violent video games (violent being described as anything that doesn't abide by PC Thug standards). I can't rant about it because I'm tired and I still need to turn in a quiz tomorrow. Ciao.
